Christopher Messmer MSN, PMHNP-BC

Christopher is a psychiatric nurse practitioner. He started his career in the United States Navy healthcare field and has extensive experience within a variety of settings  including advocacy and pharmaceuticals. His experience and interests include mental health concerns faced by veterans, patients suffering from depression, ADHD, anxiety, bipolar disorders and schizophrenia. Chris listens intently, asks critical questions and has a unique ability help patients feel at ease with his warmth, unconditional support and care. He is currently accepting new patients and enjoys the process of helping people reach their goals. 

Julia Ailts MSN, PMHNP-BC

Julia is a psychiatric nurse practitioner with dual degrees in nursing and psychology. Prior to becoming a nurse, she worked as a psychosocial specialist helping patients with mental health challenges navigate both healthcare systems and community resources. Julia also has more than a decade of practice as an intermediate ICU nurse in a variety of specialties. Julia has always prioritized advancing her understanding of the relationships between our physical and mental wellbeing. As such, she also prioritizes what health means to each patient individually. Julia is a passionate mental health advocate and believes in building strong therapuetic relationships. She is committed to partnering with her patients to help them find wellness, balance and happiness in their lives. 

Amy Everhart MSN, PMHNP-BC, PMH-C

Amy is a psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner specializing in reproductive psychiatry. Amy is perinatal mental health certified through Postpartum Support International and has completed an integrative reproductive psychiatry fellowship. Amy specializes in women's health and reproduction across the lifespan, from preconception, pregnancy, postpartum and motherhood-all the way through perimenopause. Her approach includes medication management with integrative psychiatry and a side of psychotherapy. She is the founder of Well Balanced Women, and provides individualized treatment plans around a wide variety of presenting mental health concerns. Her goal is to help each patient find their own optimal version of functioning and wellness.
